We will use your donation at our discretion but within our stated charitable objectives. All donation payments through the Website are to be made by payment card. Once you confirm to us through the Website that you wish to proceed with your donation your transaction will be processed through our payment services provider, BOC Credit Card (International) Limited (“BOCCC”). By confirming that you wish to proceed with your donation you authorize BOCCC to request funds from your payment card provider.

我們將在符合我們規定的慈善目標下根據我們的判斷使用您的奉獻。本網站支援支付卡支付款項，我們合作的支付服務供應商是中國銀行(香港)有限公司集團成員中銀信用卡(國際)有限公司(「卡司」)，用戶在同意網站的奉獻條款時也就授權與「卡司」。「卡司」通過網站，確認您繼續奉獻後，會從您的信用卡、支付卡裡處理過數。

If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider.

在以下情況發生時，請使用者務必聯繫您的支付卡銀行：
一、卡使用時有欺詐情況
二、卡丟失
三、卡被盜

Before we can process a donation you must provide us with:

1. Your name, address and email address; and
2. Details of the credit or debit card that you wish to use to fund the donation.

We will use this information to process your donation. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided us with the correct information. When you submit your payment details, these details will be transferred to our payment provider, BOCCC, and your personal and payment data will be collected and processed securely by them. You should make sure that you are aware of BOCCC’s terms and conditions, which are different from our own, to ensure that you are comfortable with how they will process your personal data before you make a donation.

We won’t share your personal details with any other third party other than is set out in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Donation Payment Terms and Conditions and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are also agreeing to the way we use and protect your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

在我們處理奉獻時，需要用戶必須向我們提供以下資訊：

1. 用戶的姓名、地址及郵件
2. 用戶用於奉獻資金的信用卡或支付卡的詳細資訊，我們將使用此資訊處理使用者的奉獻，所以請務必確保向我們提供了正確的資訊。在處理過賬時，使用者的個人資料及付款資料會轉移到我們的付款服務供應商「卡司」，「卡司」將會收集及處理您的個人資料及付款資料，而其條款是不同的。因此在奉獻之前，使用者需要瞭解「卡司」的條款和條件。

除此以外，我們不會將您的個人資訊給予任何其他第三者。用戶通過同意網站奉獻條款即表示使用者同意我們根據我們的隱私政策使用和保護您的個人資訊的這種方式。

These Donation Payment Terms and Conditions will only apply to successive donations made through the Website where you have set up a monthly donation. You agree that these Terms and Conditions will apply to each of the donations in that series.

By confirming that you wish to proceed with a monthly donation you authorize our payment service provider BOCCC to request funds from your credit or debit card on the day 8th of each month.

We operate in Hong Kong and comply with all the laws and regulations of Hong Kong. All our services are in compliance with all the requirements and specifications under the laws of Hong Kong. We are not in a position to guarantee compliance with specific local requirements or specifications under the local jurisdictions of customers.

本機構保留隨時修改這些奉獻支付條款的權利。這個慈善機構是在香港經營，遵守香港的所有法律法規，並且所有的服務都符合香港法律的所有要求和規格，但是我們無法保證符合客戶所在地司法管轄區的特定本地要求或規範。
